As a yoga teacher training lead, I had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations. Many trainees joined simply to deepen their personal practice, with no intention of teaching. But through the training, they began to see their leadership potential. Step by step, they gained the confidence and skills to lead - some as yoga teachers, others as managers, and even a few as business owners in entirely different industries. Seeing their growth was deeply fulfilling because my “Developer” talent thrives on helping others recognize and act on their potential.

The “Developer” talent, nestled in the Relationship Building Domain, is all about seeing potential in others and encouraging them to grow. People with this talent excel at recognizing where someone can improve and offering practical advice to help them take the next step.
